To apply for a permit for street parking reserved for residents, you must submit your registration certificate as well as two proofs of residence. The applicant must be the owner of the vehicle. 

Parking permits are available at the Citizens' Office.

Limited to two per address, parking permits are valid from October 1 to September 30.

Annual fees

  • First parking permit: $60
  • Second parking permit: $120 

Sectors

In Saint-Laurent, two sectors have been targeted. They are located in Vieux-Saint-Laurent: Sectors 140 and 141.

Sector 140 is bounded to the east by Rue Basile-Moreau and Avenue Sainte-Croix, to the south by Rue Saint-Louis, to the west by Boulevard Décarie (odd-numbered side) and to the north by Boulevard de la Côte-Vertu (even-numbered addresses).

Sector 141 is bounded to the east by Boulevard Décarie (even-numbered side), to the south by Rue Saint-Louis, to the west by Boulevard Marcel-Laurin (odd-numbered side) and to the west by Boulevard de la Côte-Vertu (even-numbered side).
